Back to Dollar or chasing the Stock Operator

More than 2 weeks have passed since my last post ‘EUR/JPY aka Roller-Coaster till 20‘, but many things had changed. If we take this month it is not just roller coaster, but a real flight to the Moon and back. I was feeling myself being a character of Edwin Lefevre novel “Reminiscences of a Stock Operator”.

Everything has started on the middle of the week, actually on Wednesday 30th of January, when Balance/Equity Intomillion has drowned to 1 dollar. Everything has came back to the starting point. However, only 2 weeks ago I had 33$ or 3200% from the starting equity. But the only month ago – I had 21 cents or -79% of a dollar. See details here. That means, I saved the project from the death and berried it again by my own hands, lasting not much longer than a month. See on Intomillion Balance chart below.

The most disappointing thing – the week has started positively both for Intomillion and Intomillion Fund. The plus was more than 10%. Currency pairs – EUR/JPY, EUR/USD. Intomillion Fund has fixed the profit and by being more conservative account, stopped trading. The things turned up differently for main project. In a chaotic hustle between BUY and SELL in aggressive amounts (50-70 pips and stop deposit) all money has run to 1 dollar. I closed all positions. Whats next? Funerals again? Does it mean the game over?

No! Once again no! This is a Happy-End story. In Thursday 31rd of January, the last day of the month, InstaRebate of $1,27 has came into trading account and was my savior. The total amount was $2,27. Then I successfully has bought EUR/JPY and EUR/USD, has fixed on $5.50. Later, I turned to aggressive scalping strategy. In result, I had – $5.88 on the account or 488% in two days’ time. I was walking on the edge and came there again. On purpose investors say – “Investors have short memories”. No way I was expecting these results. The project is still alive and going ahead of Step-By-Step Plan!

This story has led me to a questing, should I continue trading in more accurate way by using less margin and volumes of trades?

More careful – yes. Talking of margin and volumes… This is a real life adrenalin and it is the satisfaction of the process, of the game when the seconds can turn everything upside down. As every player, I want not only win but get the biggest score.
